NV Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir - Tipp Rambler

Bright strawberry, fresh jasmine, apple flesh. Pitted cherry, thyme sprig, whole peach. Pine needle and driftwood, sandy soil and Himalayan salt. Clean and simple fruit dominates the profile, showing off soft raspberry mousse and delicate effervescence. Subtle savory tones and a dash of yeast are present yet muted, seemingly relegated to playing second fiddle to pretty yet relatively uncomplicated Pinot fruit. Texturally charming providing a pleasant mouthfeel and an agreeable finish with slightly above medium acidity. This NV Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir by Tipp Rambler is solid single-serving bubbly to help get summer started.

While 750ml bottles have been the standard wine packaging choice for centuries, today the world of alternatively packaged wine is growing rapidly. From cans, to boxes, to single-serving cups and bottles, wine packaging diversity seems to be expanding as consumer interests shift towards receptacles more friendly for casual consumption. This wine, crafted from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from vineyards across California, is a great example of quality juice that has made its way into unique and trendy packaging. Well-known Sonoma County winemaker James MacPhail has taken the lead on this project and has created a wine that is straightforward and unpretentious yet still quite fun to drink. This stuff is a great choice for concerts, picnics, or a day at the beach for those who won't settle for sub-par quality. We can definitely get behind it.
