Candy apple, wet raspberry, and mirabelle plum erupt with bright crunchy intensity, ringing resonantly with the utmost purity and freshness. Cherry blossom, lavender, and sage provide a backing of sweet florals with a pretty natural edge that do not distract from vibrant and jovial fruit. Clean stems and carbonic spice are present but subtle and play in tune with earth a just a dash of salinity. Tart, dainty, and quite lean yet bursting with life and vitality. Light bodied with mild tannin and elevated acidity; thirst quenching and hard not to love.
