2018 “Love You Bunches” - Stolpman Vineyards
Berry bubblegum, rose petal, fresh picked strawberry. Juicy cherry, powdered cinnamon, gummy fruit snacks. Pine needle and young rosemary, sea salt and crushed chalk. Candy apple, wet raspberry, and mirabelle plum erupt with bright crunchy intensity, ringing resonantly with the utmost purity and freshness. Cherry blossom, lavender, and sage provide a backing of sweet florals with a pretty natural edge that do not distract from vibrant and jovial fruit. Clean stems and carbonic spice are present but subtle and play in tune with earth a just a dash of salinity. Tart, dainty, and quite lean yet bursting with life and vitality. Light bodied with mild tannin and elevated acidity; thirst quenching and hard not to love. This 2018 "Love you Bunches" by Stolpman Vineyards is a brilliantly fun carbonic Sangiovese from Santa Barbara County.
