This bottling, crafted by Kanpai Wines using Cabernet Sauvingnon sourced from their Meadowbrook Farm Estate Vineyard in the Oak Knoll District, is an incredible example of the unique combination of depth and finesse that Cabernet from this region can possess. This wine presents an impressively elegant fruit profile highlighted by black and red berries overlaid with beautiful herbal and natural notes, bright floral tones, judicious oak spice, and reflections of classic Napa terroir. Although absolutely stunning today this is clearly built to age for decades, and is sure to be a longstanding hit for those who enjoy both balance and complexity in their Cab. Wow.
