Squeezed lime, gravely earth, underripe white peach. Sour kiwi, baby's-breath, shaved citrus peel. Bright and zingy flashes of grapefruit pith, Granny Smith apple, and lemon wedge highlight a terrifically tart and spirited attack awash with notes of elderflower, green bean, and crushed rock. Pleasant hints of mowed lawn and steamed broccolini emerge to reveal mild yet charming grassy and vegetal tones while wafts of orchard blossoms provide subtle floral lift.
