This bottling, crafted by Champagne Barbier-Louvet using 100% Pinot Noir grown in Tauxières-Mutry, is an outstanding example of why the grower/producer revolution has found such tremendous success. Made entirely using fruit from a 99% rated Premier Cru village directly adjacent to Bouzy, this wine brilliantly expresses the tremendous depth and complexity possible when Pinot Noir is grown in one of Champagne's greatest terroirs.
