This bottling, crafted by PerUs Wine using a combination of Merlot from the Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard plus Cabernet Sauvignon from the Tench Vineyard, marvelously exhibits why Merlot's popularity has surged in recent years. This wine gushes with gobs of rich and ripe dark fruits enhanced by delicious herbal character, chocolatey coffee notes, gorgeous floral tones, interesting spices, and well integrated earthiness.
